My name is Samantha Sheppard and I am work the Global Technical Product Manager for Unified Communications. Which basically means I spend a lot of time talking to customers about our solution and the continued development of the solution for Unified Communications.
I am home based, so a lot of my day to day communication is done via Instant Message, Phone, Email or sometimes even video cam.
1. I live in West Sussex, England.
2. I am married and have a young daughter.
3. We are currently trying to update the house we live in which takes up a lot of my time.
4. I enjoy going to the gym, reading and of course sleep (with a young daughter time is limited on all three!!!)
5. I love meeting and talking to people!!!!
